CHOOSE JOY

My mom wrote this on her bathroom mirror when we were younger to remind herself to choose joy. I sat in St. Patricks cathedral yesterday for two hours listening to positive music, reflecting, praying and left with the most peace I've felt in months. While there, I decided this year what I am going to do is choose joy. Call it my new years resolution or whatever you'd like. I call it bright red lipstick, my bathroom mirror and a change in attitude...;-) I want a constant reminder when I wake up and start my morning that I have a choice how my day will go. And I want to end my night seeing it again knowing that I did. I think 2012 is going to be a great year!!!
